🏘️Real Estate (Planned Development)

The Inuverse will allow for the purchase of land and other real estate such as dog houses and advertising space. This will be an additional revenue stream for players as well as providing in-game benefits such as improved energy regeneration as well as contributing towards spreading the word about the project and building partnerships with others.

Land

Players will be able to buy a plot of land in the Inuverse using the native $GAMI token, however there will be a minimum number of XP points required in order to purchase land, varying on the location. There will be designated areas where land can be purchased with other areas either left to nature or belonging to the game. The price of the plot will depend on the region in Inuverse and any proceeds from the land will go towards the in-game reward pool and future development. When a player rests on their own plot of land, they will regenerate their energy 100% faster than the normal rates which will allow them to explore the Inuverse further without paying for energy.

Houses

Game participants that own land will have the ability to also purchase houses to be built on their plot. Additional benefits for players owning a house is that energy regeneration is instant when a character comes back to their house. Furthermore, when a player is not in their house, they could rent that to others and earn rental income from that. The players paying $GAMI to rent the houses would benefit from a 75% increase in energy regeneration, allowing those to explore more of the Inuverse.

Advertising space

Advertising space in the Inuverse is another way to support the self-sustaining economy of the game. There will be dedicated real-estate advertising spaces within the game. Those would be a combination of nature landmarks as well as specially designed billboards and buildings. Advertising space in Inugami could be leased by companies and individuals looking for exposure at the discretion of the Inugami team with proceeds going into the rewards pool.
